I have done a lap in around 21 minutes. 23 minutes is very good considering you have just started. I have heard of top time trialists doing it in a claimed 17 minutes late at night when there is no traffic, but you would really have to fly and take a alot of risks on the descenst to achieve that. ! it's a real test though not only because it is hilly, but also because it is effectively a near cirular course, you will inevitably have crosswinds/headwinds at some point..
@danielbeautiul awesome, thanks! i will work towards 21mins. i have been mtb'ing for a few years but i got a road bike a month ago so it's been a life changer for me. I love both but road opens up a whole new horizon for me, and i love it!
how long can you do a lap? i just started road cycling and did it in 23 mins...slow i know but i wanna know what a good speed to aim for is thanks!

to answer the questions -
Richmond Park is the largest royal park in London, England
It is 6.7 miles around richmond park. a good race pace is considered to be around 20 minutes a lap (bearing in mind it is very hilly)
For the filming i simply strapped my camera to the aerobars onmy bike with some padding to reduce vibration
