A few little typos (my initial comment had a typo too!):
I think you wanted y=4+3 sin(t). You used 2, not 3.
You wrote a couple of right-hand-sides as "=0", when you meant "=1".
You wrote "passing through (9,4,0)" when you meant "centered at (9,4,0)"
