It's hard to "do" James Taylor without falling into the nasal carolina sweet voice he has... it is one of the greatest, warmest singing voices I have ever heard.

So to do a cover is always a work fraught with immense dangers.

You make the song your own, and you suit it well.

Its a great sentiment too.

If you get a chance to see him sing it in Boston dvd ..the audience are tearful... great sign of great song.

Are you recording back over and doing the harmony yourself or is someone else singing with you?

thank you for your interest. This recording is just me. I have no problem scheduling a meeting with me myself and I. Do need to work on more complex harmony and not having it on all the time with the melody. I will send you separate response.

Thank you for the feedback. When I check out your favorites relative to music, you and I have the same tastes. So your feedback carries extra weight. Would like to get serious about this with better harmony and recording but these are examples of first attempts.  Thanks again.
