I believe if you're lefty flipped, and playing what you would call "righty charts" - Go to the Main Menu of GuitarHero: On Tour Decades and go to Game Setting and touch "Color Flip" with your Stylus. If you want no flip at all and the original way to play - untouch lefty flip or leave it alone if it isn't.
