  • ive found a strategy to get the 3rd coin when you see the mid-air platform wall jump off it while getting coin and jump on it to get to boss door

  • Very well done keep up the good work.

  • cracer

  • lolololol i looked away to catch somethin on the tele and when i looked back lakithunder was dead XD

woah... i started typing this comment and missed the battle again :O your good greenalink :P

  • oh, swordless link haha. my bad. nice vid btw XD

  • how the hell did you defeat Lakithunder so easily??? it took me a few tries to defeat him.

  • @kttandon hes on steroids :P

  • Wait so you were having trouble with the last star coin? What was the problem like hitting the wall and sliding down to your death? I normally get it pretty easy. What is your new strategy to it then?

  • It's when you want to jump and get the coin safely. and sometimes it doesn't happen because the blocks are falling so fast that you can't 'jump' off from the block.

The new easy method is to go to the left edge of the last green block and as soon it lines up with the top grey block on from the right platform (when it is falling down), that' is when I go to the right and then jump.

In my original route I wanted this level to be a seperate segment because I of the high risk factor.

  • @Greenalink

i used mini-mushroom at this stage. i think it's easy to take last coin using mini-plumber, mini- plumber jumps a bit higher than Fire or Big Plumber.

  • Wait, did you defeat Lakithunder with just a stomp and one butt stomp?

  • yep.

  • Do butt stomps instantly kill it, then?

  • No, all of the bosses (minus Bowser) have 9 Hp

A stomp deals 3 HP of damage

A ground pound deals 6 HP of damage

A Fire ball deals 1 HP of damage

A ground pound as a mini deals 3 HP of damage.

For Lakithunder it's better to stomp first so you can get the air boost to land a ground pound for the next hit.

  • Huh, that's actually very interesting. I had no clue that groundpounding did different damage

  • FIREBALLS TO THE MUSIC YEAH!
