Those are concrete vaults, reusable, for a cemetery. They are on the surface because they haven't been covered over yet. Ground will be moved onto them and they will recieve caskets over time or else they will be buried and then recieve caskets over time. The purpose of vaults is hygiene and leachate control. Vaults work somewhat like septic tanks; they also prevent collapse of the grave, hence ease of exhumation and relocation of all or part of a cemetery. Liability insurance requires it.

Some states do not require coffins for human burial, but most states do require a concrete vault. Those are pre-set burial vaults. Caskets go into them. At National Cemeteries, one space is used for two caskets. One on top of one another. The vaults are buried and a layer of dirt and sod is placed over them. Using a pre-set vault is cheaper and more efficient. There is no conspiracy.

Casket vaults. You saw a TON of these things being made after Katrina. From what I recall, due to the number of bodies in graves being floated to the surface, they passed an ordinance requiring these for even old burials. It's a health and safety problem more than anything. Since most of New Orleans is below sea level, when it floods, the caskets float up (yes even if under ground) out of the graves and become a biological hazard. These are to prevent that.

I used to work for a concrete mfr that made vaults. Not once in 3 1/2 yrs did any cemetery order more than 1 truckload (semi), 2 trucks tops.
Granted, some cemetery's upgrade and expand, but they do it in small parcels. They are very picky about having an unsightly mess, it's bad for business. And contrary to what some may think, they are very respectful of people's loved ones as well as those visiting. However, it doesn't mean they have trouble taking exorbitant amounts of money from them

Funeral place is a good hiding place. Hiding in plain site the way the Illuminati like to do. I find it unlikely that a funeral parlor would buy this many even if they were on sale, as most people don't purchase concrete coffins and I've never seen one or heard of it either.

Those are pre-set burial vaults. Caskets go into them. At National Cemeteries, one space is used for two caskets. One on top of one another. The vaults are buried and a layer of dirt and sod is placed over them. Using a pre-set vault is cheaper and more efficient. There is no conspiracy.

I'm not sure what to make of this and all the conspiracy theories, but here is my attempt at taking a benign view of it: All modern graves in modern cemeteries are lined in concrete in order to fortify the burial plot against the natural shifting of the ground. My guess is that these are the grave liners, not "concrete caskets."

Casket vaults. You saw a TON of these things being made after Katrina. From what I recall, due to the number of bodies in graves being floated to the surface, they passed an ordinance requiring these for even old burials. It's a health and safety problem more than anything. Since most of New Orleans is below sea level, when it floods, the caskets float up (yes even if under ground) out of the graves and become a biological hazard. These are to prevent that.

When a grave is dug, you don't actually place the casket in just the soil. In most states it's illegal because as the body and casket degrades it may leech poisons into the surrounding ground and contaminate the groundwater. So, in order to prevent this, they use grave liners such as this. Properly called "Vaults" they seal everything in and are placed in the grave first, then the casket is placed inside. Some of the more modern vaults are plastic, but most are like this.

I used to work for a concrete mfr that made vaults. Not once in 3 1/2 yrs did any cemetery order more than 1 truckload (semi), 2 trucks tops.
Granted, some cemetery's upgrade and expand, but they do it in small parcels. They are very picky about having an unsightly mess, it's bad for business. And contrary to what some may think, they are very respectful of people's loved ones as well as those visiting. However, it doesn't mean they have trouble taking exorbitant amounts of money from them

Funeral place is a good hiding place. Hiding in plain site the way the Illuminati like to do. I find it unlikely that a funeral parlor would buy this many even if they were on sale, as most people don't purchase concrete coffins and I've never seen one or heard of it either.

These are concrete vaults. They are meant to place in the ground before putting in a casket. This is so if flooding rains come they will stay in the ground. Concrete is standard unless a steel one is purchased. Where was the video taken, I wonder. If it was a manufacturing site ok. If it was a funeral arranger, then I would worry. I have see the videos of the plastic liners so I don't doubt they need these vaults.
