here are some of the facts though: USA leads in "country with most plastic surgeries in proportion with its inhabitants" followed by Brazil and Spain respectively. "Country with Most plastic surgeries, inhabitants not related" is Brazil, followed by Thailand, France, Switzerland, and Argentina.

@ArcherAsher I didn't say every single girl in Korea does plastic surgery, but there is a lot of them who did it like in USA.

It's just that in this case we're talking about celebrities and sometimes what we see isn't always true, but I know there are a lot of pretty girls in Korea, it goes the same for every country
