The only reason illegals accept their slave pay is because it's the only way they will get hired, and they are too stupid to go out and get an education and apply themselves. Our Social Security numbers are on our driver's license, or we can produce our Social Security care. The police would know, by you not being able to show who you are. It is federal law, that legal immigrants have to show legla documents. Not one U.S. citizens cares about the small inconvenience of proving who they are. It is the ILLEGAL ALIENS who don't follow the law, who refuse.

When I got my car taggs couple months ago, they asked for my ID. I read the new law and it mirrors the federal law. What's the problem with showing your ID? If you're legal, you should have no fear.

@ace1435 Coming from a successful business owner, if an employer/company can not afford to pay wages that Americans will work and still make a profit, they should close down, theyre in the wrong industry, and they have a very bad business model. I will gladly pay more for a bag of Apples if I knew Americans were being employed to pick them. Also I believe that any company that employees illegal aliens should get at the very least a $50,000 fine per illegal worker.

Its not intensive agricultural, but the vast majority of jobs that illegals work are NOT agricultural. Possibly mostly labor, but I know that many of Americans would love to, Roof, Drywall, Paint, Landscape, Assemble, or do whatever.

The reality is, that the US does not need a huge immigrant force anymore. Their may have been a time when it did. BUt not now. The only reason illegals accept their slave pay is because it's the only way they will get hired, and they are too stupid to go out and get an education and apply themselves. Next time you go to a restaurant in Columbus, Ohio check it out for yourself. I guess, a large amount of Columbus, Ohio Construction and Landscaping crews are made up of ILLEGAL HISPANIC workers, with the foremen being the only Americans, giving instructions in Spanish.

@TheCisnne If a police officer pulls me over, my relatives, any U.S. citizen, we show our papers immediately. Our Social Security numbers are on our driver's license, or we can produce our Social Security care. The police would know, by you not being able to show who you are. It is federal law, that legal immigrants have to show legla documents. Not one U.S. citizens cares about the small inconvenience of proving who they are. It is the ILLEGAL ALIENS who don't follow the law, who refuse.

Every state not only has the right, but has the responsibility as well, to protect their legitimate citizens.
The Ninth & Tenth Amendments to the United States Constitution make it very clear that federal law is not superior to state law on any issue, other than to remedy direct violations to the Constitution. Which certainly is not the case regarding Arizona SB-1070.

Channel 12, my local news. Thanks for posting this video. We share a boundry with Butler and they have really been hit hard. They just busted a Mexican drug pipline a couple weeks ago.
One of the things that started this whole thing was the rape of a nine year old girl by an illegal Mexican. He was never caught because they have a system of safe houses where they protect their own. They pass them from town to city to another state. They help each other even if they don't know each other.

@lateralus911 When my son got pulled over the other day, for loud pipes, they asked for ID. When I wrote a check at Wal-Mart the other day, they asked for my ID. When I got my car taggs couple months ago, they asked for my ID. I read the new law and it mirrors the federal law. What's the problem with showing your ID? If you're legal, you should have no fear.

not too sure on that check your census...approximately 61% of people on the welfare system are white and this percentage increases every ten years and AB540 doesnt even harm the finacial stability of any state. besides imports from over seas take thousands of jobs from american citizens and we spend millions in bringing those products here. Retail companies that have sweatshops here in the US hire undocumented workers to make the clothes worn by millions of americans at a cheap labor cost.

and another issue is that that illegal immigrants in this country are already working those labor intesive jobs, of which US citizens supposedly want, for a very cheap and convient price with no benefits. If we do remove all illegal aliens from south of the border no US citizen would ever work those jobs without a union backing them up which costs more money from the government and companies..finacially it doesnt make sense to remove illegal mexican, central/south american immigrants from the US

@ace1435 Coming from a successful business owner, if an employer/company can not afford to pay wages that Americans will work and still make a profit, they should close down, theyre in the wrong industry, and they have a very bad business model. I will gladly pay more for a bag of Apples if I knew Americans were being employed to pick them. Also I believe that any company that employees illegal aliens should get at the very least a $50,000 fine per illegal worker.

@ace1435 You should watch my video, Joe Arpiao and His Deputies Raid A Paper Mill That Hires Illegal Aliens Arizona. You will see Americans showing up to fill positions right after a raid. Its not intensive agricultural, but the vast majority of jobs that illegals work are NOT agricultural. Possibly mostly labor, but I know that many of Americans would love to, Roof, Drywall, Paint, Landscape, Assemble, or do whatever.

@WeSupportJoe i dont believe you have the correct information on the agricultural, however if US citizens are more educated than illegal immigrants why compete for the same jobs they have? just for the sake of arguement roofing, landscape etc require a minimum of knowledge and expertise to accomplish. employers willing to hiring illegal cheap labor for these jobs is not as bad as US engineering cutting corners with our downtown structures and suspension bridges such as the CA Bay Bridge

@WeSupportJoe Illegal immigrants will get hired in construction. Some trained leagal citizens have been laid off and illegals took their place. The reality is, that the US does not need a huge immigrant force anymore. Their may have been a time when it did. BUt not now. Take that and the fact that illegals are using services that they are not paying taxes on. The legal citizens, and home owners in OH are paying for it.

@ace1435 In 2008, ICE rounded up detained and DEPORTED 600 ILLEGAL ALIENS working at Howard Industries in Laurel, Mississippi. The next day hundreds of Americans were lined up for those jobs. 6,000 jobs were created in 2008, within a few months, at Swift plants, Columbia Farms and other places where ILLEGALS were arrested and then, DEPORTED. Americans apply for jobs and are turned away, because the employers already have their ILLEGAL ALIEN CHEAP WORKERS. American are totally, bypassed.

@ace1435 In my state, a chicken plant was raided, full of illegals. Within two weeks it was up and running with legal labor. No problem - helped unemployment rate go down. There is no such thing as a job an American won't do - and I've done ag work.

I rode my bike 7 miles One way at age 9 to Chitendens farm in michigan to pick blueberries. I got paid 5 dollars per card which consisted of 20lbs per card. I have worked as a bus boy in vegas for 3.25 per hour plus tips In 77 I owned a bobcat business where the people who worked for me made more than I did after all the insurance, licenses, payroll tax, unemployment comp, fica matching etc... and that was before the construction bust where I went bankrupt so your argument is void!!!

And no, i do not employ them, it is illegal, but they consistantly bid lower on jobs, partly because 4 or 5 families will live in a 4 bedroom home and they pool their resources to maintain their families, both here and in Mexico.
How do you compete with that?

If we get rid of the wellfare system or at least minimize it and it's duration, citizens would have no choice but to get up off their lazy asses and work for their food a board, even if it means minimum wage with no benefits. The illegals should be put on Visas, green cards, whatever so they can be tracked and can start helping to pay for the services they are reciecing. The tax burden is growing on the legal payers. Their property tax and income tax will continue to rise. Obama has a trillions $ defecit that the US has to pay.

@ace1435 The services being used are outweighing the govt brings in. They need to get them documented, paying taxes properly and end the regular influx of illegals. The states can't support it. OH is already realizing that. A lot of Somali immigrants are their now with aide from state and fed. The other taxpayers are supporting people like that already. That can't keep supporting undocumented workers.

@ace1435 , Just so you're aware saying that illegal's don't get benefits is false, firstly since they don't pay into the tax system they retain 100% of their pay giving them slightly more money in the long run than someone trying to keep a family going while working a minimum wage job and being taxed to hell. @KaptNemo not entirely accurate, undocumented workers cannot be placed on the system so they are paid "under the table" which is way lower than the standard min of the state, in regards to edu blame legislation every person under the age of 18 must attend public school. Food stamps and housing are for citizens on welfare only which as of 1990 61% of welfare recipients are white americans and it has increases since then. Health care is only for their children born here, and they are citizens

@ace1435 Couldn't find your reply but here's mine. Since I have 22 illegals living in a 2 bedroom house next to me , I find a lot of their garbage in my yard. I have found numerous paystubs and none have had any deductions of any kind. No pin numbers , blank except for name and amount.
I would tend to think the company could pay them however they want. I would think they have a way to get around anything. I live with about 75 of them on my block so don't presume to tell me anything.
