Only passed on the info given to me. I went and checked out the WD40 label and did not see any cautions about getting it on paint. So....if anyone wants to spray it on paint, I guess you can. The owner of this 1/4 mile runner was very happy with the removal of almost 1 yr old slick rubber compound & debris. Video was real time.
