PLEASE DON'T READ THIS. YOU WILL BE KISSED ON THE NEAREST POSSIBLE FRIDAY BY THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE.TOMORROW WILL BE THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE. NOW YOU'VE STARTED READING THIS. DON'T STOP. THIS IS SO FREAKY. 1. say your name 10 times 2. say your mom's name 5 times 3. say your crushes name 3 times 4. paste this to 4 other songs. if you do this, your crush will kiss you on the nearest Friday. but if you read this and do not paste this, then you will have very bad luck
Exactly...no comedy timing. A nice ten second pause, while they sup brandy and puff on the fat cigars, before he says "cardboard box?" would have done it the world of good.
Aye, laughs is right! I allus say that t' mother in law come Friday neets! It;s grand though an' no mistake! Well done lads (is that you great uncle Eckaslike in t' front row?) Well done!
Actually John Cleese... who later joined Monty Python, but he wrote the original along with Graham Chapman, Tim Brooke-Taylor and Marty Feldman in the "At Last! The 1948 show". You can find it here on youtube.
Too rushed, and nowhere near as good as when the pythons did it.

Middle was good, beginning and end was too rushed. The pauses are some of the funniest parts of this sketch. Good attempt though.

Was funny but should be slowed down.
I'd love to do that on stage...

They rushed it, and some of the comedy timing was off. Still though, it was a good effort!

Not as good as the pythons version, to rushed.. and not as good acting..

agreed, the dreaming about living in a corridor bit didnt have the same enthusiasm and thats the best line in the piece.

Agreed. They need SPACE for the laughs! Much too rushed. Other than that the acting is good.
