Hello goddessrocks, I have recently been diagnosed with a possible Schmorl's Node between L4 and L5. I was interested to know if you feel that Rolfing could help for this condition. I am in agony. When I have an intense flare up the area I can only describe the pain as being localized and the absolute worst charlie horse you could imagine in the surround muscle with a crochet needle sticking through the muscle and into my spine. I appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!
@LegPains I have been a Rolfer and physical Therapist for over 30 years... Bulging... but only as a discs Can be helped by rolfing but more as a result of better alignment nd more normal tension in the back and support from the legs.... there is no guarantee tho...go to an experienced Rolfer..
