It's what's called a 'bunker buster'. It's designed to penetrate hardened underground shelters. Most of the explosive damage takes place inside the underground structure with very little of the discharge visible above ground. You definitely wouldn't want to be in the targeted structure or surrounding tunnels since the pressure wave alone would pulverize you.

Just looked for the Russian B-52; if they have it they must be pretty good at keeping it a secret. The closest thing would be the Tupolev Tu-4 but was created after Boeing's B-29. The B-52 was an upgrade of the B-47 which was modeled after the B-29... all of which are Boeing (they happen to develop this technology in THE UNITED STATES). Just because it is big, has the same shape, and drops things that go boom, doesn't mean it has the same capabilities. Not made in Russia, but Kansas & Seattle.

@donzaliko It was a US Navy ship. The navy said that it wasnt possible for laser or GPS guided bombs to hit a moving ship. So they donated a ship that was meant to be scrapped and we set up RESULTANT FURY. 2 BUFFs dropped 4 GBU-10 (2000lb laser guided) and 4 GBU-31s (2000lb JDAM) on it.
