I heard it's best to get your car tinted but not everyone can afford that and in some areas even tint is illeagal.

So, the problem is-if the police see a car like this parked almost Anywhere it will be towed. End of story? I'm Really looking for answers. Thank you.

@hotheadedjoelhaha You have it all wrong. If your van is stealth and doesn't attract attention, it will blend in with other vehicles in a large parking lot like Wal-Mart or at truck stops. If you're parked somewhere all to yourself, sure you'll get noticed. You say you're looking for answers but you really don't ask any intelligent questions.

I winder if someone had a panel van made it look like phone company or contractor for phone company have blinking yellow light atop wear hard hat safety vest etc I just wonder if you could get away with that type of camping?

from my experience, putting that stuff in the windows is the best way to entice some nice policeman into encouraging me to park my car in another county
