I had not played for months and my hands had softened up so by the end there was blood everywhere from my blistered hands. Cannot remember if they offered me the gig, but it was a time I will remember forever.
Nope, I was mates with a bloke who did some advertising for you, the Ferme in North London. He got us (me, him and my bro) into the Southall record deal party. I first saw Mournblade at the Standard in '85.

i was working for mashall amplification at the time and did all their amp custom tweeks, was given loads of vynil by them.

I remember watching this lot at the Bristol Granary Club, they used to do a fantastic live show and deserved to be huge.

I lost count of how often i saw this band, Marquee, Royal Satandard, a record company do in Southall etc etc. Excellent to find some vidz of 'em.

Really good to see Duncan and the lads again. I remember, Electric Stadium, Chadwell Heath, & Royal Standard, Walthamstow, Gigs.
