  • Thanks, uploader! I like both versions, thank you for sharing this.

  • The two different scene's feel unlike, but the original gives the right atmosphere off the moment.

  • The greatest ad-lib ever.

  • The original score and voiceover would have worked well with this version...especially with the police car appearing...

  • The VO here simply makes no sense (then again, the whole concept of VO is just moronic in this film). Isn't the whole point that Roy has finally come to terms with his situation, and is letting going? Nothing on the screen points to him wanting to "fight" to stay alive or that his dying was a slow process. Good thing we have the final cut.

  • Amazing how much impact music can have on a scene.

  • this version was only meant for the studio to see originally. its great to see it now. most movies have a work print

  • This version isn't bad, I think it's cool to see it in a different tone...

The original score made you sympathize a little more with him, the song was a little more delicate. This score was a much darker tone... kind of interesting to see.

There's something that's always bugged me about "All those moments" line. The sound was just... weird... it doesn't sound so odd in this one so it makes me think the original score clashed with his voice a little.

    Thanks for uploading, though!

  • the original score was better but the voice over was solid

  • The other score is superior. Still it was interesting to see this one. Thanks for posting it.

  • interesting with the different scene in it. the different narration is also interesting

  • my best scene movies........

  • I saw the workprint for sale at sumogorilla(dot)com. Great movies there

  • The Workprint is the best version.

  • No. The final cut is the best version.

  • I love this version of that scene!

  • I like this voice over. Much better than the one in the theatrical cut. The music is pretty good too.
