I miss this phone...was my first slider and keyboard phone, loved it but I have an evo shift now and am happy

The only good thing about this phone is that its small enough to fit in pocket. The round button is somewhat difficult to use. I hate that the phone will unlock just by sliding the rear keyboard. It opened while in my pocket and accidently sent 29 blank text messages. Also, to further LOCK the phone you have to go several menus. The standby screen only shows the time. Sometimes I found it turns off by itself without my input.

I have always depended on my cell phones for the alarm clock as well. Pttt. . . can't rely on this POS, since it turns off randomly at the drop of a dime and I will end up sleeping in! Even if it has a full charge, the thing will shot off out of nowhere. I have been with Sprint for about 9 yrs & am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. Planning on making the switch just like everyone else, but just need to find a good carrier. SPRINT SUCKS!

This phone was HORRIBLE in every aspect, but, looking back on it, It wasnt meant to DO anything but talk and text. The camera was just there for the hell of it, and the web browser was just there so it would seem better and the keyboard was junk, but it got the job done. It came out around the same tim as the env and so I constantly compared the 2. But Sprint just sucks. Especially back than. They purposfully made shitty phones so they could be cheaper.

I've had this phone for about 2 years and it's seriously a piece of SHIT. I treat this phone like gold but yet it still broke about 5 times. If you want to avoid stress, I suggest you NOT get this phone.

Also all if that "Crome" around the screen, around the 5 way directional keypad, it just rubs off. All of the buttons get scratched up and messes up and so does all of the stuff that makes it look good just by taking it out of and putting in your pocket. Peice of shit! I hate this fone!!

I hate this stupid phone! It's like indestructable but if u drop it an inch off something and onto a table, it turns off. It turns off in my pocket randomly. It used to fail 1 or 2 messgaes every couple days now it fails 20 to 30 a day. It's rediculous! Also, I know have to hit the buttons rele rele hard for them to work. It's almost two years old. So i guess it's worn out but it's done this for a year now. Getting the incoginito in a week. Hope it doesn't suck ass also

This phone is a serious piece of SHIT...the camera is pretty bad, the phone constantly restarts and the battery life is pretty short. I have had this phone for a little bit over a year and i can not wait to get rid of this and get a completely different phone.

To those who are thinking about getting this phone I strongly advise you to NOT get this phone.

Its a good phone, but if youre like me and you are like doing shit like skateboarding, don't leave it in youre pocket.

the screen cracks kinda easy and it's easy to break. mine has broke like 4 times. But, sprint offers a insurance so its fixed for free. :)

Same thing happened to me. I'm really mad. I haven't even had this for a year and it has already crapped out on me. I'm going to get a Palm 800w or Palm Centro very soon. This phone really is the best. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone.

errrr! seriously this is going to be my 6th phone.... the screen keeps lagging and some of the key pad need a very hard push to work and my phone cant charge got a play with the bottom for a bit.... and now call cant connect and and my text and picture mail sometimes takes more then an hour to send
