  • Hey man, good job!! Sounds great!!!

  • @04penguin64 thanks man for your comment, you can take a look on my second cover in double stops you may like it kind regards oggy

  • That Fender.....wow.

  • bad

  • @beatlesmusica thanks

  • @oggythebug

damn, no rythm at all, plays way to fast, doens't go along with the song,!

  • @beatlesmusica

Where's your "good" video at so that everyone can compare? You should upload it... it's noticeably missing from your page.

  • @mnpd007 yes, coming soon! (: , i play the guitar and bass better than ..

  • Bends are slightly flat, but good try.

  • i just learnt this song 2day, such a gem, well played man

  • @sportydude16 Thanks take a look at the video where i am playing the 2 guitars in double stops it is ten times harder but really great to play oggy thanks a lot

  • nwice man!

  • ¿donde puedo ver la tablatura?_"I can see the tab?

  • I have a '01 chrome red american strat deluxe with abalone position markers and the Fender logo on the headstock is abalone. It has noiseless pickups. I also prefer the rosewood fretboard. What is it about a pre 65 that makes it better? Just curious about your opinion. The Beatles rock and you play very well. It is a drag to play this with only one guitar at a time, the song requires 2 guitars to get the sound right!

  • @09jpick This is the one million dollars questions! i will try, first the wood who lived with less polution and dried naturally and a longer time not in an owen. the old wood had a better quality for example the rosewood used had more density, on my 64 rosewood you have less than 1 mm between 2 plis ( in french) you have 1 cm now on actual low density rosewood. Alnico pickups had a different ratio of cobalt, the wires, the glue used, the people working and 40 years of ageing..Best from france

  • i read that george could not do the lead. it had to be recorded slower, then sped up for the record.

  • this isn't a comment on your playing...but that strat doesn't sound anything like the original. why if you can afford a '64 strat do you not play a gretsch or a casino or something like that? or a rickenbacher? i am going to guess that john played a casino and george played his gretsch. that's how it usually went. bottom line = i am drunk and this sounds trebley.

  • @westprice Hello, the answer is very simple, first i love only strats so i won't buy a gretch or casino so it will sound different from the original, second i love the beatles from the first day i listened to them when i was 3 years old to the day i 'll pass away so that 's very simple strats and beatles = love of my life best regards from france Oggy

  • I wish I had a guitar like that. Dont come across those 60's strats very often. Thanks for the cover-lesson!

  • @punke217 Thanksa lot i own others vintages strats but this one is the number one, this is the guitar of a whole life! I am collecting reissues and custom shop and i can tell that nothing can be compared to a real pre 1965 strat.....Best regards from France

  • @Bobandy4 Hey you silly honky bastard, that guitar is a gem, how about you change out of your sweat pants get out of your basement and lock up your pessimistic lips you flapper, it's people like you that should be exterminated and gotten rid of, you bring rain when its sunny you worthless microbe

  • Bien fait mon ami. Je vais l'apprendre. Cool guitar too. I have a Mustang about that age.

  • good job oggy fuck bobandy4

  • @fyiyouregay Thanks, as i said i know everything is not perfect in my video but i don't understand why people aren' t kind and correct if they don't like, that s not a problem, they can dislike that s OK for me but they can tell me what is not good without bad words!!!About the guitars i undurstand that i am misundurstood! i just want to share my love of these vintage strats with others lovers that s all, there is no bad intention in my mind!!! Best regards form France

  • Played poorly, and we don't care what colour or year your damn guitars are douche lover

  • @Bobandy4 Dear, Ok i am a bad player, no problems , you don't care of the guitars ok you are free to like and think what you want so just a question why did you watch this?

And i have never wrote on y tube a bad comment on a video i don't like, i have never been so agressive or unpolite , i am just showing my guitars not to be famous but for people who loves these old guitars and who wants to see and listen to them..you don't like but you don't need to be unpolite! see part 2

  • @Bobandy4 Part 2 So i have recorded another video of this song where i am playing 2 guitars at the same times on 1 guitar, i am playing all the song in double stops, and i may say i have improved my game so as you are an expert or a master, give me your wise opinion or it will be better if you show me how to do with your own guitar.

I am opened to read every negative comments that s not a problem, i am not the best sure but be correct or go back to school oggy from france Best regards

  • @Bobandy4 Hi Sir. Would you kindly Show us Your guitar Skills By Covering this song For your youtube account. Unless Your Making Fun of someones Guitar Skills When You Cant even Play the song Yourself? That Would be just Stupid. Thanks

  • @Bobandy4 poor form man, its good to know what guitar hes playing. Your just plain nasty

  • we cant see the strings or anything the only reason why is he wants everyone to see his new guitar he is pretty vane. besides your playing it wrong it goes down the fret board not up ;-( shame on you

  • @paulmcc11 I am back from my holidays in an island and what an agressive comment! not perfect yes, ! si i tried to improve this song and recorded it again in double stops i am playing both guitars together take a look at this! bad video may be it was one of my first on you tube! i like to show this guitar YES! but not to be famous! you don 't see my face and nobody knows i own these vintage guitars and others! So in my opinion a nice paiting must be exposed in a museem .....see part 2

  • @paulmcc11 part 2 : it cannot stay in a private collection only for 1 guy so i like to share my guitars with other vintage lovers that s all!!!

you don 't like ? ok! shame on me ? I saw videos on you tube that i don 't like, but i never wrote a bad word as you did for me so are you just a jealous young guy??

See my others video and you will see what i can do And you? all my loving??? your rythmin is so bad and wrong!!! it is so easy to say it is bad!!!!! see you on part 3

  • @paulmcc11 part 3: i may suggest you: still go to school and learn french as i learned english, go to the university and study mathematics astronomy and sciences like me and be the best, earn and save a lot of money with your job then you will be able to buy my whole collection if you want ! it costs more than the roof you have over your head, so i don' t care with the opinion of a young pimpled guy you will never have half of the life i have so don't bother me and leave me alone best regards

  • great right hand!

  • I listen with my 1960 ears, and saw this video with my 1960 ears, and I 1960 liked it.

  • Fluid right hand, my man.

  • Très impressionant! Magnifique guitare (et le jeu est à la hauteur de l'intrument)

  • @oggythebug

I think that teaching this way is kind of disrespectful.

We can't see the strings and associate them with the strumming is really complicated so, if you don't mind, could you give the tabs for this song, please?

    Thank you very much. :-)

  • VERY nice guitar, VERY nice playing, but just one thing: if you have the equipment to make this difference (which i figure you do if you can afford a '64 strat and a '63 strat) try to tone down JUST a bit on the distortion. make it a little cleaner please :)

  • man, your fingers just like glide over your guitar, you make it look so easy

  • beautiful guitar

  • omg nice strat!!

    original 64....and you have 63...wow

i wish i could have one real deal like that before i die....

    nice playing my friend

  • Thanks man helped me a lot,mighty fine !

  • nice. awesome playing man, keep it up on the beatles. can you try figuring out "im happy just to dance with you"? johns part though

  • NICE '64 Strat!!! Listen to that tone, and you're a good player too! I appreciate your vintage guitars :-)

  • Thanks for your nice comment, i recorded the same video in double stops with the both guitars played together, on others vintage strats Oggy

  • j'adore ta guitare et j'adore les Beatles.

Ca a du couter cher !

  • part 2

In my idea it s like a museum, for example, if i love paintings, i will appreciate if a collector will show the paintings he owns because i won 't be able to buy the paintings but i can watch the paintings and love them. So i just want to talk about the guitar i love with others and i met on y tube other collectors from my country and that s what we do.....Best Oggy from france

  • Thanks friend no problem, and you re right, gibson and fender are the best but just different.

Your first message has something important, it shows me that i can be misunderstood.

i can understand that some people may think i am doing this just to show my rare and expensive guitar and that i am doing this for bad reasons. but it is not the thruth.

    ...Best Oggy from france

  • Second part " I have another channel where i am studiiing the story of the fender strat and the fender company, i just want to talk about the guitar i love with the people who love the same guitars, so why do you ask me to take a gibson because i won' t ask you to use a fender instead of a gibson if you re a gibson lover!!!! Best Oggy from France

  • Thanks for your comment.....May be i am mistaken showing my strats and talking about it, i don 't want to tell to the people who are watching my video " hey look at this strat that you won't be able to buy in all your life" it is just that i love these guitars and some of these guitars are rare so i just want tho show these guitars to other people who love the same guitars so i have to tell them " this guitar is this one or this one" Best Oggy from France

  • thanks for your comment, you can take a look at my new video of this song i am playing both harmonized guitars on one in double stops it sounds better oggy

  • vibe...vibe...vibe...boogie baby !

    - that's exactly what Lennon would say and i' d like to add that it's impressive for us the disciples of BEATLEROCK...i watched Klaatu creating music and your vibe is a nice high....cheers

  • Beautiful guitars! You almost get the song!

  • Excellent!!! Thanks so much!!!

  • not a oui oui

  • mjsokes

    plays it the right way

    with the Casino..

    tanks matey

    muy bien.

  • this is the easy way to play it, the original version is very hard

  • There goes another great vintage guitar oversas.

  • @InternetToughGuyXL Screw you

  • do the harmonising bit!

  • mine the squier model with a front man 15 35w amp with the over drive selector

  • Very clean, well done !!!

  • damn that thing makes an awesome sound. offcourse your playing makes it sound that good as well.

  • really nice guitars. you know all the notes, but with no feeling or true rhythm. you played the whole song and only your left hand moved!

  • The Beatles were amazing songwriters but also fantastic musicians. Great post! This is why I play in band:)

    my space com/phantomoneband

  • Good job!

  • thanks i am learning the song in double stops with both guitars it will be really better but very harder i will be ready to post it soon oggy

  • Very good oggy!!

    I've learn't a lot

    b

  • thanks oggy

you are a very good player, but please slow the teaching segments down a bit, especially the part after you talk about the capo and the solo, it would be far more effective as a lesson that way.

  • @uncledevo HOW SLOW DO YOU NEED IT???

  • @fanzappa It isn't that I couldn't learn it from this, I did. Took a couple of days. His other version is much harder, but it lets you play both parts with one guitar....that's worth the time and effort. Haven't played this in a while, thanks for the reminder.

  • @uncledevo i agree, the 2 stop verson is almost impossible. i know a guy in a tribute band that can do it. i have another friend, who i do a duet with. imo, the only people who need to take the time to learn the double stop version are tribute harrisons and people with no guitarist friends.

  • @fanzappa well all I can say is that I took the time to study the double stop lesson since it was very similar to a song recorded by Billy Hector called Patricia. Double stops are a valuable technique. 6ths and 3rds are worth knowing.

  • @uncledevo great...i'm sure it is. i'm speaking to this particular song, that's all.

  • Once i know now how to play the song in double stops i have to learn how to play at the right speed and that won't be easy but i will record a video showing how to play the double stops i need some time .......most difficult will be the speed with the double stops they are not difficult to play slow but very difficult to play at the same speed than the original recording, i think they played with 2 differents guitars on the original recording, i read it was georges and paul

  • Nope.

    Just one guitar.

I will post a reply with the correct way it is played with one guitar.

Hopefully it can give you an idea and a stepping stone to learning it complete.

  • Two guitars, John and George. It's very, very hard to play it on one guitar, and it wasn't recorded that way.

  • @hankammer23259 it's 2 guitars on the orig. the 2 stop versions were compiled by joe walsh and beatle tribute bands that have only one lead guitar. the fab faux do it wigh 3; 2 lead and the ringing E chord. (NOT 'D')

  • hy today i worked on this song to find the doubles stop version. it took me one hour to find how to play the song in double stops from the starting version in single notes. you can find the tabs of the two separate guitars on the beatles complete score made by some japanese guys. oggy

  • @oggythebug only one hour? mozeltov! it took me a week to master the single version (on my own) years ago.(pre you tube)

  • @fanzappa Hello fanzappa, sure it took me a very short time to learn the single note guitar, it is very easy for me to play this . For my double stop version uncledevo says it is almost impossible, well i did it but, to find the double stops with my ears it took me 1 or 2 hours, then it took me 2 or 3 weeks to learn how to play ir at the correct speed and it is difficult, i haven't played the double stops version for a long time, and actually i can't play it again, training is missing Best oggy

  • great work man! could you post a link to a tab of this because all tabs out there for this song are double notes that range all up and down the guitar and its quite difficult to play.

  • Well i read it was Georges and Paul playing together, oggy

  • in the original is it 2 guitars or just George being awesome

  • what tab did u learn from imust kno

  • hello if the song is in D tell me how i can play in E on my guitar while the original recording playback is in D, don't you think there is something strange? OF COURSE 2 guitars on the original recording..oggy

  • the song is in E. nice cover.

  • That song is D not E but agree with surfstart59 nice guitar

  • Your're playing this all wrong... I'm sorry. Nice strat, but that's not how you play it. Not even close!

  • oggythebug, Don't feel bad. I've yet to see anybody critisize a video that actually had something of their own to offer. I'm of the opinion that if somebody is going to knock what you're doing they should at least back it up with their own skills.

As usual, this guy comes up empty. Good job!

  • I thought it sounded nice. You have to remember there were 2 guitars used when playing the original song.

  • no he doesnt your deaf

  • NOOOOOOO,2 STRAT RED FIESTA,OMG /o\ , I LOVE FENDER!!!!

  • Thanks

  • SWEET......................

    merci beaucoup

  • Thanks

  • Thanks for your comment

  • Very nice, sir. I can't wait to try it.

  • Dude, that´s a wonderful guitar you got it there. Perfect playing as well. It´s just new for a pré-cbs, is it a refinish one?

  • Hello it's a 64 L strat with the original fiesta red. The front of the body is mint the back is near mint. It is not refinished.

With the sun light when i made this video the guitar looks more orange than red or than pink or salmon pink; You can see in my back my 63 refinished. Thanks

  • Nice riff...good video.

  • hay que hacerlo con intervalos.

  • Thanks for the information to gibson 3524

  • Thanks for your comments

    viva george harisson!

  • fab

  • Good job. Can you post the second lead guitar parts that double the notes of this lead you play one of these days? Thanks.

  • Thanks for your comment, that 's sure they used a les paul but i don't own a les paul...

  • good job but a les paul was originally used in this song

  • Wrong, all guitar parts on the original Beatles track were played on USA Epiphone Casino guitars. George didn't get a Les Paul until 1968.

  • Very Good!

    Its a Great song

    Check my Version too

  • good job Beatles forever

  • Thank you for your nice comments, i hope to record others videos soon.
