It amazes me how the troops are forced to endure multiple tours of duty in Iraq. How can anyone survive in that desert hellhole for so long (if they live that long) without losing one's mind is beyond me. There is no light at the end of the tunnel for US troops, since the Reich-wing insists on staying in Iraq indefinitely. Looks like the only way they'll be coming home is in a bodybag or a wheelchair. That's called supporting the troops Republican style!

Bashing veterans is low. This is as good a video as any to show the kids who want to join the military. This is what you get when you come home. You are just a pawn. If you say something that is not in line with those in charge, you are treated like an enemy by those who never even served.
The politicians' kids sure as hell aren't enlisting either.

Conservatives, fearing for the historical record of their president, insist that there is a magical finish line we are going to cross but that is false. When we leave, there will be more chaos but we are doomed to see that at this point. Murtha is right. Fall back to the borders and let the multi-faceted civil war play itself out. America needs to consolidate, militarily, fiscally and morally for the future. There's no point in trying to save Bush from his project
