  • The daughter looks like a linebacker..ready to tackle someone

  • @crisis101able HAHAHAH true!

  • so the older sister was in love with the nun?

  • this movie was so intense i had to take a break from watching it my big sister saw it years ago and told me about it thank you to the person who post it who needs cable when you have utube

  • I put all this perversion -- of different types -- down to this claustrophobic little movie being all about a houseful of women. I take it Madame is a respectable widow, but even so if a man -- even a footman or butler were about the place it would give the women less time to pick at each other.

  • @jonwiley if u read about the papin sisters (sister my sister is based on the papin sisters story, true story), the madame wasn't a widow. she still had husband

  • @anonymuis Really? Then where was he? It's odd that the husband's presence in the movie was omitted, giving the impression it was a house filled with only women.

  • @jonwiley yea the movie is vague, huh? the madame in the real life named differently than in the movie. her name's actually madame Lancelin. and the actual story was madame & her daughter were murdered in the evening when they were preparing to go out for dinner, and not when they just came back from paris. the murder has happened in Le Mans, but the movie didn't tell it

  • @jonwiley remember in the beginning when she was talking to her daughter she said your father God rest his soul. In the story I read the father was waiting for them to meet for dinner when they didnt show he went back home but could not get in look up the papin sisters.

  • It's all about dependancy they are all mental if you ask me but it's because there clinging to each other the mother to her daughter and the sister to each other its causing them to be irrational and well disturbing

  • não entendo muito :/

  • I never liked all girl's schools, especially with mean nuns. I went to one and girls can be really nasty to each other......................I guesss that is why lesbian films dont appeal to me!

  • @gloryvilla1 I've heard women are especially nasty to each other, but how does going to a same-sex school equate with lesbianism?

  • @jonwiley it doesn't I think Christine was different always being neglected emotionally she became obsessed and angry.

  • Incest had never been my favorite subject.

  • Ok now I'm convinced tht they r both mentally insane

  • If television AND Jerry Springer were on back then, these sisters would be on both.

  • Lemme guess: Christine had a thing for a nun as a schoolgirl, but Sister Veronica wouldn't even acknowledge her. In addition to this, Christine resents her mother for the way she's treated them, so in turn she has some anger management issues and attachment issues. Then Lea has some sort of fancying toward the daughter (I don't get why, I mean Christine is way hotter) and vice versa it seems. But the two sisters seek comfort in one another because they can't truly have want they want.

  • @Prolui Haa, that sounds about right. I don't really see this movie as "disturbing" as many say. Maybe it's in the end? When Christine will kill the daughter? I think that's what'll happen anyways, xD

  • the daughter looks like she has bordeline personality disorder

  • This is like a more twisted version of Fingersmith

  • this might be just me, but how could you NOT want to kill someone who talks about you like you're not there even though you're RIGHT THERE??

  • Fucking sisters? Hmm . . . This odd film might be of interest.

  • fucking sisters... this is just too disturbing now

  • "theyre getting careless"

because your treating them like shit and wasting them away practically killing them!

  • trip outey

  • sometimes they are so sisters and some times they are so lovers

  • i kind of want Lea and Isabelle to get togther cause a) sisters! b) Christine is quite scray lol! c) obsession makes u a bit loopy lol

  • it's as if they never sleep... ya cause they are having sex with each other 24/7!!!

  • Strange thing to notice I know, but can anyone tell me why this part has so many more views than any of the other parts? Am I missing something significant?

  • did anybody else notice the scar on both of their arms...?

  • abandonment..

  • the mother makes me want to puke.

  • i swear, christine gets the shakes like she's a dope fiend for leah. she gets all flushed and dry mouthed....strong desire there. but...for her own sis? come on now.

  • I know, I cant understand it either, but her love is huge, endless.Even though its incest something about a love that strong purifies it.

  • sister as in Catholic Sister... I think these girls were abused by a nun

  • I kinda feel bad for both of the sisters. The older one loved the nun (sister veronica) and the younger one loves the little girl.

  • my god the daughter looks like a guy or something

  • OHHH so i get it now...

Lea has got a crush on Isabelle(vise versa) and Christine is in love with Leah?

well...i dont think i get it still...

  • Even after watching this movie twice, I still don't understand the issue Christine had with the nun.

This was just my guess and I might be wrong but Christine has abandonment issues. Her mom favors her sister over herself and she was sent into a convent. So perhaps the nun was like a mother figure to her who also in some sense abandoned her?

Then again I guess it could've been the simple fact that she had a school girl crush with her? But seems like there was more to it than just that.

  • @newfful I read an article on google about the papin sisters and it stated that the nun was their sister

  • @Abosh123able Yes I read that too. They say Murderous Maids another movied based off the Papin Sisters is more accurate wtih what happened.

  • @newfful Wow thankx for letting me know:D, I'l have to look that up

  • @Abosh123able You're welcome. It's in French and I liked it although I have to say this one gravitates to me more.

  • @newfful Apparently, Christine & Lea had another sister named Emilia, who became a nun. So maybe it was her?

  • She slept with her sister? Her own sister? Tell me Im missing something Please!!!

  • Yes they hace been sleeping together for a while type in The Papin Sisters and this movie originated from that....

  • nope, you aren't missing anything...her own sister....ugh!

  • wait i dont get it... christine had a thing for a nun but couldnt tell her? what?

  • wow the mother won't shut the hell up!

poor isabel longs so much to leave her insane witch of a mother

christine is getting jealous to easy I guess it seems that shes obsessed with lea.

and lea seems so innocent on everything, like she has no clue what shes doing at times.

  • Will somebody help me, I don't know this story. What's going on in this scene, Im lost :(

  • older sister got jealous of the way her younger sister stared at the miss.

  • sean paul's i wayne wonder

  • I think I would be sooo tempted to bump off 'Madam' (Julie Walters) she is a real pain in the bum.

  • Is the blondy haired girl florence from tipping the velvet does anyone know?

  • yes it's jodhi may. you can check her filmography on imdb.

  • Thank you descudery, i will look her filmography up now :)

  • yes, that is jodhi may and she did play florence in TTV.

  • Yes she was in Tripping the velvet.

  • Jodhi has such a soft and unique beauty ! Very angelic.

  • @zhang02bkk I think its because she is young and has a bit of innocence about her.

  • @JukeboxSpy

Thank you very much!! It is very kind of you!!

  • @Weltschmertz2020 megabitches are way better dude

  • The look that Lea had in her eyes while Christine tried to sing her to sleep was really, really disturbing....

  • she was a paranoid schizophrenic not on crack. go do some research

  • the house reminds me of The Others right at 5:23

  • I think I may have an obsessive problem.... lol...as soon as I read "The Others" I thought "Elaine Cassidy is in that..." and now I can't stop smiling. Lmao!

  • lea got a cute smile and da sister is she on CRACK!?

  • Has the older sister got OCD?
