Guantanamo Bay is housing prisoners that are being held without charges. They are basically in limbo, indefinitely. The longer it stays open, the more our credibility falls in the world. If an American citizen was held by another country for years without every being charged, there would be outrage. However, that's essentially what we're doing here. Pres. Obama wants these people tried for the acts that they have committed, and I agree.
