@maczalof Thanks! The solo has just two chords: Amaj7 and Bm7. I'm playing pretty inside here, basically A major scale with lots of cromatic notes on the less emphasized spots (off-beat respectively 2nd and 4th sexteenth), e.g. G# A B C# D A# C# C B or e.g. E D# D A# B A C# E G# F#.... I use extended arpeggios a lot (chord tones + 9, like A C# E G# B and B D F# A C#), reversed triad arpeggios through the scale like E C# A, F# D B, G# E G#... Try to create strong rhythmical patterns/phrases. GL!
