Oh god, I think I can actually see the tendinous origin of the lateral head of the biceps twitching at the beginning of this rep. Damn your low bodyfat % tuan, I can't unsee this, it is the stuff of nightmares. Almost thought it was rear delt for a second but that doesn't make any sense I guess...
Unless... is it possible the rear delt stabilizes to prevent the shoulder flexion action of the biceps?
hey listen i need help...lol...im only 145lbs n im trynna get to 160 at least...ive been trynna gain weight by eating a lot. N i no i shouldnt b complainin but it bothers me that i cant get ripped cause im sometimes too lazy...Tuan or anybody pleaze tell me wat can do to improve my weight n muscle buildin...i feel too small...pleaze comment!!
from your screenname im guessing you're about 21 years old...a lot of people start developing more of a mans body in their mid 20s.if youre naturally skinny and a hard gainer all you can do for now is eat, eat, eat and train, train, train.you have to reach a mind state where working out is not a chore you have to do but a necessity that you cant live without..you have to get to the point where you cant wait to start workin out(it usually happens once you see more concrete results)
Is this the only one biceps workout what u do? how often do u do that and how many times in one training? Do u use any supplements like proteinshakes? Well done by the way...
Guy talking about steroids your a fucking idiot. Hey tuan im a pretty big dude and i dont understand why u want to limit your elbow movement by resting it on the bench. Is this to help protect the elbow or prevent swing or should rolling? Either way i always learned and got the best bicep response from constant tension. Let me know brother
@jtcruzzin its good to have strict form to really isolate the bicep muscle without activating the shoulders some of your arm exercises. I like to do these a the end of my workouts.
Just my own personal opinion... You don't need any type of method to keep perfect form other than strict raw discipline. =] I may be less than adequate of Tuan, but I don't train often for the time being.
Thanks, Tuan. You are an inspiration and have a truly AMAZING body. Thanks for sharing it. My only request- please update with MORE VIDEOS. And please consider posting some non-training videos-- just showing off and posing. You deserve it and so do we. Thanks!
Thanks Tuan, sometimes your videos are real timely. Reminds me of the things i have to concentrate on when doing my exercises! ps... always good to get a flex of your guns at the end!
I cracked my right collar bone and it's still healing. Would you recommend working out the left side of my upper body? I read somewhere that the energy and blood flow will some what transfer to the opposing side even though your not technically working that side.
No offense this is just my opinion (and I know I'm going to get flamed a lot for writing this buy who cares)... but I think your triceps are really disproportionately larger in relation to your other adjacent muscle groups (delts, biceps etc.). It really makes your physique appear imbalanced. Sorry again no offense, this is a subjective matter, and it's just the way that it looks to me. Peace!
@nanquan491 lol, you hit it write on the money. the years of powerlifting, mainly improving my bench press has put an insane amount of stress on my triceps. also, I really hate training arms so if there was an area I skipped too many times in the past 10 years, it has been my biceps. I have done alot to try to rebalnce it, but as long as I keep powerlifting, my triceps will keep developing. Time will tell if I ever get it to a better balance.
Performing 4 sets of dips and 4 sets of diamond push ups or 4 sets of bench dips (with 45, 90, 135 lbs) on your legs will produce bigger arms. But, you know this already, others may not.
@eagledriver21 So if a police officer came up to you and arrested you just because you "looked like" a rapist or someone who would molest children vs. having any proof and facts, would that be ok? I guess so considering the comment you made towards me. I will let my videos and actions speak for me whether I am drug free or not. Either way, I hope that people do not profile you in a neg. way or accuse you of something that you are not just because of your appearance.
@roughneckasian No, but someone can spot a crack head a mile away. Ive been around the gym awhile and know who's on em. I'm not saying that you do not put in the hard work and effort when it comes to working out. I just hate that your putting into the minds of many young people that you can get that size naturally. Asian kids probably aspire to get like you. If you train naturally you'll soon start to notice there's a cap on how strong and big you can get and steriods only break that cap.
@roughneckasian Way to respond, man - you understand civil liberties better than most and have a level head. And your form here is virtually perfect; you elbows don't move a cm throughout the full range of motion.
@nanquan491 Eh, I like large triceps. How can triceps even get too large? I don't think they can. Usually the problem is peoples' flexors (biceps, brachialis) are too big in proportion to the triceps. They look coolest.
Great stuff man! Nice to see you're really focusing on form...lots of people have very poor form especially with bicep curls. You're 100% correct with the shoulder movements. I see it daily!!
@nstrikefromnerfhaven that was Kieth, the owner of BONA. He was just looking for his employee (the one helping me shoot the video) becasue there were some customers coming in during that time.
@sergeynem they did not kick me out of they gym, I just wanted to make sure that I am in a place where I would not violate any copy rights of any kind. That and sometimes it is hard to hear with the background gym music
Hey whats good man. I have one request, that you do a video of biceps routines that you'd normally do for mass building.
