That is horrific. Poor things. It's easy to just say blame the chinese, but they wouldn't be doing it if there wasn't such a lucrative luxury market for it here in the west. @wEaRtHeWiLd I'm sure if fur is sold,that cost a bit more because of the added time and work of killing the animals humanely first, and this being the reason for the added cost is stated clearly, and that the cheaper ones the animals are tortured, alot of people will go for the slightly higher priced one. Widespread publicity of the truth about the evil thats going on, and clear good alternatives being created and presented, will do alot to stop this and other evils!

I think the reason they don't want to kill them with a knife is because it'll make hole in the pelt, and probably the blood that'll get on it also. Any reasoning of for these vile acts are depraved trash though. This world, and mankind, are sick at the core.

I've decided to try to avoid products manufactured in China as much as possible, but its not possible to do so many times. I prefer to buy something with a higher price, that didn't require slave labour or vile actions to provide an artificially low price- morals and good comes before saving money. More people need to consider this outlook. I have other ideas that I'm looking at regarding this, but if you believe in not supporting evil done to living creatures, you must try to do something.

@NoxDeadly I agree that the suffering of humans definitely is of more importance than that of animals and should be the priority, but I believe all evil should fought against, on multiple fronts, including this. They can still make a living selling fur, just that the animals should be killed humanely, not torturously to get it.

@ComradeNF So true. I've been wrestling with that same issue for a while now. What is shown in this video is SO TERRIBLE. I've seen all sorts of terrible things, including videos similar to this, and I'm compassionate but not easily fazed, but the torture of living creatures shown here is probably the worst thing I've ever seen. There's a documentary called Santa's Workshop that in many of the Chinese factories, the people work almost like slaves-to keep the prices down!
