@SmexyPC i always try to keep my legs strong too.i put my video on here to,i did 405 without a spoter and im 180,and as you watch me bench 405,it was easy and t was after 345 10 reps.with out doing 405 i do over 450.thats with out any drugs.actions speak louder then words.so i wecome someone to come workout with me,i use to have chicken legs to and all i did was bench,but then i wanted to be strong all around,the guys in this video are fucking strong.
