How could Jesus be a white man when He was a Jew? (I don't agree with the picture shown in the video, because He was not a black guy.)

Chuck Swindoll writes in a review of this book" This is a dangerous book. Its view of the Trinity is inadequate and its view of Christ is unorthodox. That is not good.This book does not measure up to Gods self-disclosure. "

God came to earth in human form to be the perfect sacrifice 4 our sins. If it matter to you his external covering, then you do not know him. His blood is perfect. That should suffice.

I don't know this Chuck guy and I haven't read his review nor do I want to read it. BUT, I have read the Bible and I have read The Shack and I totally disagree with what he says. If you read The Shack your self you will see. We don't need some "super-Christians" to tell us what to read or what not. We need the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us and work Christ in us through different ways and The Shack in one of these.

The Shack distorts what God has revealed about himself in scripture. But I'm sure you are aware that it does. Bible is God's word. The Shack is not. Be careful of books that change the essence of what God says in His word.

Unfortunately, the Bible is not God's Word. Jesus Christ is God's Word, even the Bible says so.

The Shack doesn't distort anything.On the contrary, it reinforces some of the truths revealed in the Bible about God. It tells about God as He real is, which contradicts the picture of God the religious system has been telling as all along.
