I have 3 daughters and I feel that if you do have one. They need to be educated about rape kits. If someone rapes you, immediately call the police and have a rape kit done. Didn't they have a rape kit or at least enough to indict him if his alibi wasn't solid? It really sounds like they dropped the charges prematurely although it hopefully, they did it to refile later.
