  • This is really good to improve your overall fitness..i tried it by myself.even if it looks strange but punching and kicking around while steadily moving is much more effective than just running or riding bike etc.after a few minutes you are nearly exhausted

  • Good stamina really cool. Reminds me of my training, its taken a while for me to adjust to it well but now I can enjoy it better (doesn't means its easier mind you). Always good to see someone training hard. And um... shes pretty hot. K nough said. Like an old fighter once told me, cry in the dojo laugh on the battlefied (note of advice, train hard and it'll pay off) Hope match went well

  • reminds me of how i used to train in the past. but mine was not as extreme. i still got exercise induced asthma from it, permanently. some ppl say "thats hardcore" i say "it sucks."

  • erm.. that is a standard training i thought? and during trainings we do 3 sets of 5 mins at least.. and why is she doing at such a place? its dangerous with such a small space..
