I am using a guitar StratoCaster USA Highway 1, and I am playing this piece of my song using basically my bridge pickup which is a JB Jinior Seymour Duncan,About the Amp I am using the Crunch Channel with the distortion level between 5/6 very low distorion almost clean, in additional I use a Boss Delay very but very little.

Hi supershiva11, Thanks for the comment and for voting! the song is in 4/4 my 6th string is tuned in D, the song starts on Key of F,the solo develops in Dm7 pentatonic,I have a change like F Dorian like in 0:45 and then E7+ Jonic,so the chorus I am about C lidian,D Mix,and every things on G Modes, the Arpegios are very simple,I use 4 notes on that,I just mix it with some notes in the scale of the mode that I am using at that moment and it´s played in octaves!

About the 0:49 on the video I am playing E7+ Jonic using a kind of technique related to"Tapping"I created the way to use it and I call it"Walking Tap"Technique,the concept is different and the sound is Great, it sounds really different as you noticed ,A lot of new things will be on my CD , and I am already recording it and Experimenting!
