You need Super Mario (big/with mushroom) at 4:25, when crouching spin jump and you'll pass through floor.

P.S. you need savestates for this hack.

Yeah I tried getting there as Super Mario but it seems impossible to fit through the top part as him.

Unless.. dear God I have to spin jump the koopa, run, duck, and jump from the beginning and repeat that two more times.
