Most classic rock stations today say this song is too disco for them to play which is why they don't think too highly of it anymore. Steve Dahl was one of those radio DJ's who didn't like this & probably still doesn't to this day. So this came out after Disco Demolition Night at Comiskey in '79 - who flippin' cares?! It's better than most of the pop crap that came out then like Air Supply, Christopher Cross, Cap'n & Tenille, Lipps Inc, Diana Ross & Michael Jackson. Did I miss anyone else?

Always LOVED how the JGB talent melded soooo perfectly in this great, indefinable (pop? rock? disco?) song. Stephen & John get it kick-started with a hard-driving beat and crunching guitar riff, Peter sings some strong but plaintive vocals, John gives us a tasty, screaming solo, then Dr. Funk himself (Danny) and Seth carry us out with a nice, punchy bass & synth counterpoint ending. WOW, what a great and memorable way to start the '80s !!!!
