@TheAlienFan in the control room perhaps it's ok, but i agree that wherever direct contact with the prisoners exists, there should be no female officers at all. it takes several male officers to hold down an out-of control prisoner (who works out all day and is full of pent-up aggression), so a female officer isn't really a big asset when shit hits the fan. simple law of physics here.
