80s cartoons were amazing, and this was one of the best (not least because it was based on Homer's Odyssey, one of the greatest epic poems ever created by human hands). Ulysses had a lightsabre that was also a pistol, for goodness' sake. How is that not twenty kinds of awesome? :)

Sounds a bit like the late great Ronnie James Dio on lead vocals whoever that chap was, I'd guess that it was probably either Denny Crockett or Ike Egan on vocals...could have been Shuki Levy himself but I can't detect a single element of that all too charming Heblish pronounciation that most Israelis have on the vocals...

Sure was weird though, after getting used to Ulysses english voice in this, and then finding the same voice actor playing a badguy in Mysterious Cities of Gold... and Telemechus as Tau too, think Yumi played Zhia as well come to think of it..
