All the same really, all have their own animal kingdom, with species differing from each other but still retaining the characteristics under that kingdom, and they all also engineer themselves to do their bidding.

Another thing to consider, is that they're all hive-minds. Break the nearest Brain Bug/Overlord/Synapse, and they all the underlings go berserk. And not to mention, there's the Queen for every single one of those races >.>

Wow dude this is all based on the a book and movie WAY before halo like a decade before halo was even thought up.Starship troopers IS the reason halo and games like it are the way they are.Look for he original book it isa great read.

Halo was unveiled a month BEFORE at a game convention on July 21, 1999 to Roughnecks' August 1999 premier. Halo owes more to James Cameron's Aliens then Starship Troopers in any specific capacity (Aliens was influenced by ST, etc.). The similarities are an example of creative development that coincidentally had similarities while both sides weren't aware of each other. The point is, this show is NOT the reason Halo exists.
