its a cheat armor thats why it look different.. noticed that he has a purple arms and legs.. its supposed to be green and you can use the giga power unlimited
actularry they shaded it purple and his outer layer is darker just to identify you that you have the ultimate armor cheat on. but the reason i didnt use the nova strike because it seems very cheap to me now.

ultimate armor cheat... you can easily tell when the normal megaman body was a darker blue and purple.
