u place first on every single one, a star is guranteed. U dont have to place first on every single one to get a star, but if u do, a star is guranteed. BTW, why do all best vids have to worst quality??

There are actually 2 ways to unlock Jr. 1:Get a star rank in all retro cups. 2:Win 3,450 races. I know because I have Mario Kart Wii trading cards.

I call shenanigans. I'd like to meet whoever thought of getting star ranks to unlock this guy so I can beat the shit out of them. Getting a star is random luck, which is retarded. I get perfect runs up to the last race, then I get attacked every 5 seconds by red shells, blue shells, lightning bolts, pow blocks, and every other item in the game. I wish the roles for items were random and not based on positions, because having to deal with blue shells whenever you're in first is bullshit.
