I'm glad the buff exists. It gives writers more fresh spots. People are so fucking stupid, humans can do whatever they wants. Laws only scare those who are afraid to go through with "crimes". Anyone who is afraid to commit a crime has been brainwashed into thinking that laws are in the best interest of everyone.

Graffiti is a beautiful art form. And it needs to be preserved. Please, why must the government get rid of it? You never will in the long run, and it's really rather usless.
