you can accually just tap or shake the mold to get the bubbles out.

Don't bang on the table... go get yourself a vibrator and hold it against the mold for several minutes. Banging on the table has very little effect.

hiow much mold release should you spray on.

I use clear glossy spraypaint

i don thave any mould release, is there anything else i can use instead? preferably anything you may find at home or easy to get in shops

cooking spray sometimes works.

like pam? You use it to grease down the pan before cooking so that it doesn't stick. I've also seen people use baby powder for molds to.

Olive Oil will do in a pinch or you can use Talcome power or drying powder baby powder its all the same..
