It was the first time for me seeing something like this (phisically)... so I really think the guy has some skills, you, me and anybody else can do it... but this kind of things takes time to learn and a lot of practice.
the biggest deal for me was that, he was able to do it quick ,in less than 6 minutes!
regardless of the stencils, in my mind the guy some real good skills, and he's able to make a living out of it!!!
he may be a really good drawer artist and just good artist but seriously, that kinda of art where he uses the stencil and everything is really easy, i bet you could learn it
@teir525 he has to use the stencils to make the shapes that he needs, there is just no other way to do it. + you get a better result with stencils than useing your fingers.

here in mexico those kinds of artist ar faster and more creative, they paint with a lot of colors and more shapes
