The writers really knew what they were doing bacause for me personally every 2 poeple i thought would be a good couple ended up together. However i think they ruined skins with the new cast because i dont feel any attachment to any of them when i see a sad skins in the old series it actually hurt to watch, now though when i see a sad scene i either dont feel anything or laugh at how stupid they were before the scene happend, i dont kn ow maybe the 3rd cast will bring it back who knows?

I never felt anything during a sad scene in the second generation... it felt way too much like a soap opera

Chris's death was so much better than freddie's.

that sounds wierd, because chris was and still is my favourite character...but like, his death atleast made sense and wasn't completley stupid and random...plus it was played out for a long time other than just randomly being killed..ugh idk

I agree the first cast was better. I thought of the 2 first series as kind of realistic. But series 3/4 is far from realistic, I am really enjoying series 4 now and I thought although freddies death was ridiculous I liked the episode and the series is moving along nicely.

I miss the old cast too, especially sid and cassie and tony.

Chris was my favourite character since the first episode.

he was just so lovable and even though he always tried his hardest he always managed to stuff it up and things never worked for him...

Then he got together with Jal, got a job and everything was going great.

Poor Chris.

I cried so much; at the hospital, when he died, at the funeral, and now in this video...

It's amazing how attached you get, isn't it?

I miss the old cast so much! But it wouldn't be the same without Chris there...
