  • Backyard workouts?

    Try 30 nonstop burpee pushups, 3 sets of jump squats, and plank walking around your yard for a minute nonstop. Do all of those things and you will sweat like a pig.

  • yeah, I have Access to alot of tires so i wanted to try somthing like that. I've seen people put their weights in a bucket - then that in a tire and fasten that tire to a rope which they pull.

  • I liked it. It gave me some good ideas. Something I have is three tires roped together. I then have the rope branching off into handles and pull the tires across my back yard. It works
