  • @mamba2468 It actually says a little more than that. The directions are, "Close your mouth and blow air under your top lip, puffing it out. Hold for 10 seconds". I think that is pretty self explanatory and I am not sure how to explain any better. Remember, you need to keep your mouth closed and hold the air under your top lip.

  • Also there is an even better exercise. if any1 here plays clarinet or saxiphone then just hold ur embechour like u would when u play. it burns and its harder but i think it works

  • @deb29faller ok if i did this 30 times before going from center to left to right each time and did this 100 times a day how fast could i lose the fat? also i am starting a diet by eating just fruit and vegtables for breakfast and lunch and mostly protien and carbs 4 dinner. plz rspnd. also thanx 4 putting up this vid hope it works

  • @BodyCountEndless - I can't recommend doing the exercises that many times, I would stick to what the video tells you to do. Remember, this is only a small part of a program to lose your face fat through a combination of proper diet and exercise. If you are looking for a complete program, click the link in the description, that will give you the best results possible.

  • @TheLegogunpro If you are only using this exercise, you should start to see results in 30 days. If you use the complete system in the video description, it should be significantly faster, as fast as 2 weeks.

  • @elliesorsby, what you may feel is the muscles being exercised and strengthened. This will not make your face fatter. There have been 1000's of people who have used these exercises, with many having great results. So, it may "feel" fatter, but it will work to strengthen and streamline your muscles.

  • @DrakoTran It's pretty simple, close your lips tightly and blow air behind your top lip, but just your top lip. You will feel a tightness in your muscles from the air being held behind your lip. I'm not sure how else to describe it, but you can follow along with the video and see it demonstrated.
