luiz the stache lvl doesnt affect criticals :P in this game criticals are named wrong in my opinion. since you get critical message if the attack was "super effective" i.e. you hit blooper with {spoiler} Thunderhand technique {/spoiler} stache however DOES affect the drop rate.

i have this same game on my computer and i have never been able to defeat those guys, and what makes it worse is that sometimes there are two of them witha blue flying turtle shell guy, that can heal them and itself, making it impossible to defeat them

Ah... I'm sorry - everyone gets killed by those things.

In actuality they're not that hard to beat. When they mimic a brother, don't start getting ready until they're actually in front of someone - they like to fake you out. And the tail attack is easy to avoid too - just jump as they move toward you.

If you HAD killed one of those you probably would've levelled though.
