LOL emailing Toyota, I have been in a fight with Toyota & one of their crooked dealer's since 5/2007 & have gotten nowhere. Even reported them to BBB in Calif. & Toyota say's "case closed". So much for Toyota customer service, they are nasty. Also reported them to State Attorney General in Fla. got nowhere. Corporate America win's against this senior citizen & this senior woman is stuck with a lemon 2007 Toyota.
