I thought this was another random not-working guide, but this actually worked. I've been trying to fix my GTA IV by looking for patches, audio fix, and what not. None of them worked, but this one did. Thank you so much.

If it is online i cant help u.. but if u r playing single player try putting the graphics lower on settings if tht doesnt work it might be ur -- ram or graphics card send me message with ur details and i can tell u wat d problem is :P:P
