  • i have this at home to but i down have the core cardio :s. I have cardio, abs, lower body, total body and yoga flex but i dont hve the core cardio...how do i get it??

  • @datfand It means warm-up is two minutes...and it doesn't count with the ten minute work out. It's recommended :O) Works his way from 10 minutes to zero, after that, and tells you each time amout you will be doing the moves....

  • Im 120 and im 14 and im 5'6...thats fat...i want to weigh around 100... :/ so im going to just eat dinner every day. Do 100 sit ups every day, I need to loss weight in the next 4 months.

  • @maybaby146 - yeah, not so much, that's the ideal weight for your height... so it's more like self image issues and the beginnings of an eating disorder. You should mention this to your mom & dad so they can get you some treatment for this before you do huge damage to your body. It's easy to tell when something is just plain wrong - if you're hiding it from parents, like eating only dinner so you don't have to tell them. It's not healthy to only eat dinner.

  • Try Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred it is way easier you only need hand weights and a mat if you have hard wood floors. on this video you have to buy all the equipment that you need

  • Are there different TMT videos cause those excercises you're doing my TMT DVD doesn't have those.

  • Those are from the Deluxe TMT or you can get the upgrade DVD.

    It has 3 workouts Total Body 2, Upper Body and Core Cardio.

    I am going to try it without the band, and work my way thru it all then try it with the band.

  • hey, thanks for the confidence booster. In the beginning I say "Day 84 Cardio core. blah blah blah" yeah I lost 25lbs and went on to complete the P90X and got shredded. Good job with the results. keep it up.
