And yes i understood what you said, but i also belive that you would make a difference between an "invading" muslim and an "invading" German.
As long as you give every person the same rights which means you treat both invaders the same and you do not use violence disproportionately it is ok, but and that is importante do not treat the muslim in any way, just because he is a muslim, react to him according to the things he did.
