This Was Best Ride ever I Went On Twice tonight at my fair and At other Fair i went on this ride two years ago when brand new at my fair was Awesome !
I love this ride but this one time i rode the spider like 10 times in a row then rode the round up 10 times then the paratooper , then the tempest and got in the blue one which it always spun the fastest , then when i got off the ride and got to where the guy running the ride was at , I said MOMMA , and then I PUKED ! she was so mean she made me leave cryin not of emaressment but I wanted to do it all over again...
first time i seen a tempest i was 3 years old and while the ride was in motion they were playin daydreamin by aretha franklin and when she hit those hight notes the ride increased speed
the tempest is a very fun ride to ride it goes very fast that make's it fun to ride i rod it for 6 hours at the Vanderburgh County Fair this year it is very fun if you like going very fast
@padude64 my best friend and i decided when we were 6 to set a world record for riding that and we rode it 47 times in a row before he got sick and then he fell in love with fair worker who got him water lol
This ride becomes more fun if your "cart" is filled to capacity. Then it really spins like hell. If you like to scream and laugh on an amusement park ride be sure to try this one. Good luck, though. It's a fairly old ride. Very difficult to find. I think it was constructed in the 1960s...
This has to be one of the best flat rides ever. I remember the first time i rode it i was like oh this is going to be stupid. i was corrected quickly. This ride looks tame but packs one heck of a punch. its even worse if the ride operator stops the ride then reverses it.
it's no baby ride, u must b confused with a ferris wheel,try it & u will know it's no baby ride, don't let the tempest fool, this ride is very deceiving,its got speed & i bet u would'nt stand next t it while it's n motion.
i love this ride even my sister could tell i was scary because the one i went on had no seat belts so they was just thing hold on to and me and sister keep silde round on it are friend was the only did't !
I LOVE this ride too ! Warning though : be careful riding this ride with a heart condition or eating too much of corndogs and funnel cake .

I've been on a more recent model of a ride similar to this called Storm. Only difference is the cars spin by a motor and loads up faster.
