to get the enchantment you have to unenchant the item with that enchantment thubs up so he can see please

if you run out of arrows, go to solitude and pickpocket the guards. you can get 15-20 arrows per pickpocket attempt. Just save after each one in case you get caught so that you can reload the save. I have over 450 steel arrows. it took me about 8 minutes to get. Thumb up so Syndicate can see!

If you go to he college of winter fold or something you can find author chest like that and it has LEGENDARY stuff. Those chests are merchant chests and are hidden by game designers and contain well... merchant stuff.

If you play the PC version and not to fussed about playing the game properly or just checking it out for the fun of it. Press the button under Esc and next to 1 and type in coc qasmoke this room will have every single item in the game if you want it simply get it and type in coc Riverwood.
