@mykylc In terms of sets, I would go with 1-3sessions a day. Just like The Stick, 30 seconds or 20 passes should be sufficient. If you do find a trigger point, roll over it or apply pressure for another 20 seconds and roll out again.
I just got mine in the mail today...feels good. Lots more rigid than the tennis ball of course. I take it that I can move my foot around slightly from side to side to get all pasts of that under area on the foot? Feels good in just the short time I used it. Looking forward to using it every time my foot is asking for it.
@mykylc Thanks for stopping by. You may be correct, but I am not sure if it would be rigid enough. The FootWheel is vary rigid to dig deep into the soft-tissue of the foot. In addition, the construction of the FootWheel is superb in that it has metal core and super solid, time tested plastic components.
I have been battling with a plantar fasciitis injury for the past 18 months and I felt almost instant relief in just 3 or 4 times using this product...amazing.
Hello, I am sure your FootWheel will bring some relief. Everybody responds differently to treatment of any kind. Plantar Fasciitis can be struggle at the best of times. What I can tell you is you should feel some relief in a few days with consistent rolling. I would suggest that you start of rolling three times a day for 30-45 second intervals with a pressure of 5/10. I would go morning, afternoon and night. Remember that you do not have to be in pain to gain!!
Many people have told me the same thing. In fact, some people like a frozen can as well. The FootWheel is unique in that it's surface area is small and can really target the 3 main arches of the foot.
How many times a day and how many sets and length of time?

Seems like a small filled water bottle that has ribs on it would work also?

I just picked up one tonight to help with my PF. In general, how long does it take for people to see some relief?
How many times/day do you suggest?

why is "pain" in the tags ?
marceloramires 2 years ago
The FootWheel helps to relieve foot and arch pain associated with tight, sore feet.
ZealousVitality 2 years ago
The reason why "pain" is a tag b/c the FootWheel helps to relieve foot and arch pain that can be related to Plantar Fasciitis.
