  • that was the most pathetic american accent i have ever heard

  • Great video. On another note, when I heard your voice at the beginning, I assumed you WERE an American, attempting a terrible Australian accent. :P

  • you are epic. "and that's the tutorial over...."

  • I tried this and I found it useful. Thanks.

  • man, another lame audacity+FFT+HPF ripoff tutorial. Aren't there enough of these on YT already?

  • For the people who have 1.3, you can have a similar telephone/speakerphone effect, if while you do the High Pass Filter you change the Rolloff db level to "12 db" instead of the default "6 db."

The result satisfies me, but if not you, then try increasing the db level to "24 db" instead, and if the result of that is too quiet, try increasing the volume using the volume changer on the column left of the audio track.

  • @koolvidkid588 .....thx alot bro

  • thanks!

  • Haha I think that accent sounded more Scottish or Irish than American XD I live in America and no one talks like that haha, but thanks so much for the tutorial, now I know how to make my voice sound like it's over a phone :D

  • how do yu get the fft filter in the 1.3 version ?

  • I couldn't find FFT filter.... I got the 1.3 version, and the link is broken.

  • @Vheanom Ahh, thanks for pointing out the broken link, should be fixed now. The FFT filter was not implemented into 1.3 as far as I can see, but I can upload an alternative method or a fix to get this effect in 1.3. Thanks, BolteKnows.

  • @BolteKnows please do

  • @BolteKnows howto get fft filter in 1.3? plzz
